"This was one of our loveliest experiences ever at a hotel. Family owned, kind, attentive, breakfast made by the mother. We could not have asked for a more lovely welcome to Mardin. The rooms are clean and quiet. A/C and wifi work well. This is the type of hotel everyone wishes they could stay at."

"Otelde kahvaltı olmaması bir dezavantajdı, ikinci gün kahvaltı için aynı markanın restoran kısmında ağırladılar ama havasız kızartma kokusu içinde kahvaltı yaptık. Sıcak su yoktu ve bu kadar soğuk havada gittiğimiz bir yerde 2 gecede duş bile alamadık. Tesis bu anlamda hiç iyi bir hizmet sunmuyor. Mimarisi çok güzel odaları ve otelin ambiyansını çok beğendik ama hizmet ne yazık ki bu tarz bir butik otele yakışmayacak derecede kötüydü. Tekrar gittiğimde tercih etmeyeceğim bir yer benim için."

"We’re had a beautiful time there. The people are so in kind. We’re book again the hotel and can recommend that a lot. It’s clean, middle in the old city center Mardin. In front of the hotel is a bus station. They all the time available at the reception. 100 Prozent clean and good! And the price is good also "

"В отеле было холодно. Очень не уютно. При въезде в номер не было ничего… кофе, чая. Не было ванных принадлежностей, тапочек и халатов. Уборки не было, потом как выяснилось, мы сами должны были попросить убрать и заменить полотенца. В номере было холодно, мы сами настраивали систему для обогрева. Диван в комнате продавлен и сидеть на нем невозможно. Завтрак был хуже, чем завтрак в городе на террасе. Я считаю, что соотношение цена качество совершенно не соответствуют. Мы за 2 ночи заплатили 400$ и ничего не получили за это, ни сервиса, ни уюта, ни качества. "

Don't stay here if you have luggage.....

"Quaint old style dwelling with NO vehicle access. Be prepared to carry your bags up and down rough flights of stairs for over 600m from drop off point. Minimal to no hot water. Mattress on pallets. Great views from terraces, if you can climb ladder stairs."

Disappointing

"The hotel is beautiful and historical however there was only warm water available for showering at 9pm, water was freezing cold or luke warm. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service. We also had to ask for clean towels and the bed to be changed and room to be cleaned. The room which was the Presidential suite 316 was cold on arrival, radiators not on for the duration of our stay, there was air con unit for heating however wasn’t very effective. The porter was very helpful and an asset to the hotel, unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again. "

Best Host in Mardin

"The staying here was amazing, the landlord was a very great person that helped us and guided us during all our period here. I highly recommend this place and I will for sure stay here next time I arrive in Mardin. The terrace where you can stay and have an amazing view is just great. "

Disappointed

"unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here."
