"Staff helpful and welcoming. The hotel is the bottom 2 floors of a high rise building. The rooms are a bit drab, and the lighting poor, but there is a kettle and tea/coffee. It is in the Mardin new town, in the suburbs, so you always have to take a bus or a dolmus to get to where the action is - definitely out on the limb. Breakfast is plentiful. A reasonably priced hotel for families, not for those who may want to enjoy an evening out."

They switched our room for a horrible smelly one, and blamed it on Expedia booking ( don't believe it for a second) and one of the manager was incredibly rude. "Personnel does not speak English. Room is cold, except just under the ac. No heating in bathroom. Freezing. Internet sketchy. I lost hours of work and even to co tact the help desk I needed to restart several times, each time with another agent, due to connection, and from scratch. Noise from other rooms and guests with kids in dining room. No one is there to tell them. My friend ran away after 1 night. No housekeeping during stay, only when I insisted once. Cigarette smell from stiff towels....
