"Loved this spot mainly because of the great customer service. I wanted to visit this port town and it wasn’t too far from the JR Abashiri station. "Overall I enjoyed my 2 nights here. Pluses - easy parking on site, free breakfast ok with hot and cold dishes, Japanese and western but no tea available. Room ok just a bit dark. Wifi variable. Laundry facilities good. First night I was on 3F which I think was above the public bath and so noisy with machinery noises I hardly slept. I asked to be moved to a higher floor and the gentleman took care of it all and I slept well the next night on 8F. In the morning of course there were guest wake up...
