"2 minute walk to numazu station, hotel was great and staff were super helpful. I requested a Japanese travel adaptor as my U.K. plug did not fit and they let me borrow it. "

The room was amazing and clean. the shower and body wash/shampoo/conditioner were all very statisfactory. We would love to stop by again if we are in the area. "

"Amazing and beautiful hotel. We got the Mt.Fuji view but didn’t get to see it because it was cloudy and rainy when we stayed. The dinner was not what I had expected for the price we paid. But the breakfast buffet was worth it and much better! I will stay there again for the private onsen and golf course in the future. Shared public Amenties with the Marriott which we had no idea but good to know in the future. The shuttle bus was convenient. "
