"Generally ok, staff were hospitable and helpful. But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. "The property has been recently renovated and the bedroom was of a good size and the hotel is within walking distance to the main touristic attractions in Penang. The room in each we stayed was in the left side of the hotel, and at 6.15 am in the morning we would wake up with the prayers at the mosque.
