"It's a little tricky to get around town from there. I think it's a student dorm, which is fine for a few days. There are walkable shops but the busy road requires bravery to cross."

"The facilities is too old without TV and the safe is not working but their location is great. A night market is right next to it with a Durian stand. A shopping mall and lots of restaurants is in walking distance."

"The room was super warm and humid. The windows couldn't shut fully and had incects coming in. The opposite of the property have chickens and dogs that will make noise super early in the morning. There were some lion dance practices till late at night. The room have no poles/hooks to hang stuff. Only have a small row of hooks behind the door. The property wall had tissue paper stuffed in it and multiple defects on the wall. The property has very noisy flooring, I can hear everyone walking...

"The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well."

"1. The room smells of heavy smoke even from the bedsheets! This is a smokers room paradise 2. The bathroom clogged up easily 3. The room was so small like a penitentiary cell. Can’t even fit a chair in room ! 4. The short Indian guy at counter extremely rude. Said Wifi in all the rooms the same ! 5. The Wifi was absolutely non existent. Hardly was able to connect 6. I demand one day refund! I only stayed one night & had to leave. That room was toxic !"

"Complaint against the Hotel which collected extra charges of twenty Malaysian ringgit (RM20.00). Such charges should have been collected by Expedia when I booked the hotel room. Complaint against Expedia which does not follow up my complaint even after I have sent the scan copy of receipt of those extra charges via email. Of course, the receipt was obtained only after the severe disputes with Hotel. The Hotel is unreasonable. "

"Overall is a pleasant staying experience but the room amenities cleanliness need to improve such as the backside of LED TV and window backside of the curtain has a lot of dust and some spider web."
