The H Bar needs some improvements to keep up with more than a few guests (more staff) and the photos around the hotel that promote the bar depict food options that are quite inviting...however the food that is served is much less delectable. "We had a wonderful stay even though about 15 cops ran onto the property to find a runaway man & arrested him. We were just checking in. Lol John was wonderful. He gave us our complimentary wine, made sure the doors were locked to protect all of us while the cops were on the property, and handled the unexpected event like a pro. The staff had an issue with the check in process charged my card for another guest that was checking in and they assured me that the card was not charged it was just a hold.. but it was indeed charged. Staff was confused and almost gave me the wrong hotel room key (we double checked before we left the desk). "
