"I like the room, we stayed in a suite and the space was amazing. The balcony was not impressive, as ours faced another building that was very close to our location and didn’t offer anything special besides looking at a crummy block wall. Service and people were super nice! "

"This was my second stay at this property. The staff and l location are fantastic. On check-in, I did experience a foul odour of urine in my room. I reported this to reception and was provided a new room. My first stay was perfect, this time however; the odour in the room, and tiredness of the replacement room were a bit of a shame. The replacement room had a toilet seat that was not fixed to the toilet, the sink had a large crack in it, and the sink tap was wobbly and loose. Other than that, it...

"Loved the location & feel of this hotel, very relaxing which was exactly what we were looking for. Lovely promenade along the waterfront which goes along Shelter Island. Our room was in the Casa Marina, hotel is split into different buildings, it was large with a microwave, fridge & coffee maker as well as a balcolny with table & chairs overlooking the bay to San Diego. It was a great view ! Pools loved lovely, we didn't use them, restaurant was excellent ,ate both breakfast & one evening meal...
