"We were at this property for three nights. Pluses: 1. Management was very nice and helpful. They have multiple units in this building. So the unit advertised, may not be the exact unit you thought you reserved. 2. Unit was very clean 3. Water pressure was decent 4. Comfortable bed in the particular unit, we were in 6. Decent area. Nice coffee shop 2 blocks away. Short driving distance to Zoo, Balboa Park and Little Italy. Minuses: 1. We were on the 3rd floor, so sometimes it took awhile...

"We had such an amazing time on our trip to San Diego. We had some amazing food, stumbled upon a farmers market, Brazillian Fest, a roof top movie, goodwill bins (if you like thrifting), and our favorite the margarita flight with pork belly nachos. Our host was great, the apartment was perfect in everyway. And I didn’t think the sound level from outside was loud at all. Overall 1000/10! "

"The level of security, keypad lock entries and gated garage parking, helped me feel safe as a woman traveling alone. All the upgrades to the building and my apartment were beautiful. Bed was super comfortable. Apartment is spacious. Management staff were very friendly and helpful, both on-line and in person on-site. Yes, the building was next to the flight path for planes landing in San Diego, but you barely noticed when the windows were closed. I would stay again!"

"I'll tell about the bad points first. The shower was a nightmare. 5 minutes to heat up, then a comfortable shower for 5 minutes. Then ICE cold for 5 minutes. Then too hot for 2 minutes. In the 3 day stay I could only make myself shower once. Which wasn't great! The couch pull out was not a good place for adults to sleep. Maybe fine for kids. There were small ants all over the kitchen and bathroom. The good points. It is in a great location. It was cute. I think they need to fix the shower...

"This hotel is RIGHT in the heart of the GasLamp district and so has all the advantages and disadvantages that this entails. It is not going to be quiet until quite late at night, but then if you stay here why are you not out partying and being part of the noise? The room suite is nice and spacious with room to sit and lounge about. The communication from the remote management was fast and accurate and I did not mind not having someone there to ask."
