"APA is almost always a pretty solid stay, wherever you are in Japan. Great location close to the train station, great amenities, clean, and customer service was nice. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is we could not get the heat to stop blasting in our room; opened the window but then that would make the heat blast more. A/C is centrally managed and so we could do nothing about adjusting the temp in the room. Don't know if maybe there was something wrong with our room, but seems a little...

"This hotel is very close to Hakata Station. It is located at Chikushiguchi entrance. I highly recommend this if you want stay near by Hakata station. "

"A boutique hotel tuck away from the busy street near to Gokufuji subway station or 20 minutes walk to canal city or 30 minutes walk to hakata station. Room are well maintained and decent room size with air purifier in the room. I realised the staff members don't smile much. I suppose only the bigger room comes with a window view others only to be blocked by the adjacent building. House keeping for 4 days stay and above but changing of towels is available. Comfortable bed and sheets. "

"Checking into the hotel went good, but their Check-in machine did not recognize my confirmation number when trying to check-in that way. Staff was great and kind. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Their parking is pricey, but was told you will have a spot for your parking; however I didn’t not utilize it because it was cheaper to park at the coin parking right next to the hotel."

"An affordable alternative to the Hyatt next door. But like the Hyatt, it's attached to the Canal City Mall, so it's got many food and shopping options in addition to the restaurant. Rooms are small, but affordable and the location is a very short taxi ride to Hakata Station. On a nice day, you can also walk to the station. There's also a bus stop in front of the hotel."

"The hotel is close to hakata station in walkable distance. The room is clean and have all the room amenity needed. Tho the room is a bit small, which is common for hotels in Japan, it still value for the money and recommendable."

"Very convenient, right across the street from Hakata station. Close walking distance to many points of interest. Staff was nice and helpful, didn't speak English very well but used a translation tool yo communicate. Only negative is that the rooms werent cleaned very well. "

"Hotel in a very convenient location for Hakata Station / bus station. Rooms are very small but quite well-equipped and comfortable. Would be awkward if travelling with large luggage, but for those of us who tend to travel light it does the job."
