"Wonderful experience! Friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (Annex Grande), good restaurant, relaxing onsen, beautiful lobby lounge with delicious amenities, self-laundry available, luggage storage available, easy parking. You have to walk out onto the street and re-enter the premises (adjacent bldg) to access the restaurant and onsen if you reserve a room on the Annex Grande side of the hotel. Besides that minor detail, it was a great stay and would reserve again! "

The tourist info suggests some Matsusaka beef restaurants. Good suggestions with high quality beef at reasonable price! Amenities: there is a microwave near the reception. "My first stay at a Comfort hotel and after booking this, I noticed that some websites had rated this a 2star hotel. So I was a little apprehensive. The stay went beyond my expectations. The room was a reasonable size and there was even a full length bathtub. The staff were so helpful and spoke English.
