"Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The onsens are an additional nice touch. The downside is how far it is from the downtown area, but the shuttle makes that a non issue, also the bus drops you off right at the door. A convenience store nearby is also good if you need late night food."

Room was non smoking and had no odor. But smoking is allowed in the hallways. In room bath is clean but old. After checking in, found Kura Sushi (kaiten style-inexpensive) 4 minutes walk!
