"A beautiful hotel in a beautiful town. The hotel had trouble with the boiler so it was very cold in the hotel, but the staff arranged an extra blanket for our bed. "

Our second night was blighted by another guests abusive behaviour towards his partner. Maybe staff should say no to customers when they have clearly had too much alcohol. "
