"Well run hotel, enthusiastic and helpful staff and the food was good quality for all inclusive buffet format. It would be nice if they played music longer in the evening for entertainment while guests are still milling around the pool or indoor bar area after eating as it gets too quiet after 10pm. Some background music would be nice."

It’s a little out of the way but that can be an advantage depending on what you want. Bus stops very close to hotel.All in all a very positive experience."

"The property is immaculate and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Quite a lot of noise from other guests but this is no reflection on the property. My only little negative is the shower soaked the bathroom floor and limited amount of hot water for 2 guests."

"I don’t want to complain to much as I paid next to nothing for 4 days but it looks as though the owners of the hotel have given up or run out of money. Loads of general maintenance needed & smell of drains in the bathroom. Balcony also needs loads of attention as the decking is falling apart. Hardly seen any staff but those I did see were polite. Pool is tiny in comparison with photos. "

He was professional and cheery at check in and gave me very good local advise on places to eat for dinner. I went to one of his recommendations (La Tapatica) and had a very nice Canarian meal. "Great location , no reception staff two days a week and none after 6pm . You’re given a key for the main gate ( which is kept locked after 10pm ) unfortunately it’s a faulty lock and took ages to try and get in at times , noticed staff and they already knew about it , said nothing could be done . "
