Yes, the carpets are dated and are a little worn and stained, and there were a few spots on linens, but overall, the bathroom and rest of the unit were clean and comfortable! Things were quiet during our stay, albeit one pesky branch scraping on a window, but that's an easy fix. We would be happy to visit Columbine...

There were minor maintenance issues that indicate a bit of inattentiveness on the part of staff, such as burnt out light bulbs, broken bedstand light, and non responsive ceiling fan fixture in the sitting space. Be advised that this property demands significant personal details prior to arrival. The most egregious of which is a demand for an electronic copy of ones drivers license sent via e-mail!...
