"I liked the hotel it’s amazing the view is gorgeous the uncomfortable part was is living on a 10th floor and going down using 2 different elevators.You go down from 10th floor down to 7 th, then to get to other elevator that will take you to lobby you have to walk a lot….you spend time to get downstairs at least 15-20 min…"

"An excellent stay A couple of minor improvements that could be considered There was a lack of breakfast / black tea with none available at breakfast but the hotel did provide tea pods for the machine in the room Bus transfers were excellent generally however could they be improved with an online tracking / booking service ( at one point the driver thought we were in a different location to the one we had booked a return from and therefore we had to wait a further 10 mins ( 40 mins total ) for a pick up. These are by no means deal breakers and we would return to the hotel in a heart beat "

"The perfect place for our family to get a couple of days skiing without breaking the bank. The original room we were booked in was not fully cleaned, so the front desk person promptly gave us a new, clean room right next to the original one. She was working by herself that night and handled all of our and it looked like everyone else’s needs with grace and ease. We will be back."

"Started out with a pretty cold room (58!) The front desk was very helpful and gave me a portable electric oil heater which kept it at a nice 70 degrees the two days I was there."

"Beautiful around property. It was snow day. Staff are very friendly. SPA was amazing. Cute and nice room. Clean. Super soft and white towels. We enjoyed there."
