"This is a low end hotel with very basic rooms, that are ripe for an upgrade. The stairs were worn, and there is a recently updated pub / restaurant downstairs, that we didn't eat in. You need a key card just to get into the lobby and we had to go into the bar to ask where the lobby was. It's not manned all the time, and we had to wait for the bartender to find the receptionist to check us in and give us our keycard. The room was clean and okay. The shower was part of the bathtub. The door didn't...

"Parking was an issue. On one night we had to park on their neighbouring property. Park lines were faded and difficult to reverse into. Otherwise the facilities in the room were very good and staff were helpful. It's an old property that probably needs a facelift but we have stayed there on various occasions over many years."
