"Staying there was like something out of a horror movie. We are quite used to low priced budget motels but nothing prepared us for the filth, disrepair, and BUGS. I went to dry my hands on a hand towel hanging on the wall, and there was a giant 2 inch roach on the wall behind it, scaring the crap out of me. We saw other giant roaches as well as many cockroaches, ants, spiders, various types of bugs. We were waiting for our property to close escrow and had paid for a block of time in advance...

"Awesome home. Beautiful neighborhood. The golf cart was fun, as was the hot tub. Cleanliness was an issue in several areas of the home to include the hot tub. Also, we were a bit disappointed to find out the heated pool came with an additional cost. The home listing literally begins with “Heated Pool”. That does partially land on me for not double checking fine print. Our experience may have just been a fluke, the owners were awesome and very responsive. "

"We loved the property! Was comfortable for us and both sets of grandparents. Everybody had enough space and 2.5 baths came in handy. The unit is in great shape and very convenient to the west side of San Antonio. Only concerns were the neighborhood gates seem to stay open 24/7 and the backyard neighbors stayed up talking till 3 AM on Friday night loud enough to feel like they were in the same room."
