The staff at the property are very helpful and go above and beyond. I have stayed at this location before and have had nothing but good experiences. The people in the room next to me however were very loud but staff took care of it right away before I even said anything. 10/10 stay.

It took us 3 tries to get a good room. First room someone was still in there. Second room the door would drag on the floor and the tv didn't. 3rd room it was much nicer.

I’ve stayed here before and it was clean and comfortable. I gave it another chance and this time it was horrible the room was dirty and the floors were sticky. It was extremely loud with people slamming doors all night and the staff member that checked us in was on the phone with her boyfriend the entire time and didn’t really engage with us.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 4 days so we could visit family in Helotes. The 2nd floor hallway smelled like a smoking parlor and someone previously had been smoking in our "non smoking" room in 223. The room was spacious but not entirely cleaned (spots on sofa, blood on pillow, dirty tile floor and mirror). The staff was helpful and the playground area was great when granddaughter came to visit us.

Our stay
The bed is standard as in comfort. It was hard! The bathroom is super small but manageable. The fire alarm went off at 7:30 AM due to burnt food and woke up everyone!

Property is clean and manager very helpful. The breakfast was satisfying. The only drawback is as an older place some things nerd updates. The bathtub controls need replaced. Water pressure was very good. All around great value for the money.
