"As previous reviews have stated, the Hotel is tired and in need of an update. The staff were friendly and the room cleaned with fresh towels daily. The location for the beach perfect. The food in the restaurant was very good however there was no atmosphere and not many customers probably due to the attitude of the waiting staff. We would stay here again. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the resort. It was a lovely adult only resort and all inclusive. The meals were good. The room was beautiful and I had a great view of "Miami beach" The only negative i would say is -I wish they put the beach chairs on the beach at the time they say they would. Despite that I still made the best of my stay and really enjoyed the property. I hope to come back again. "

"Didnt get off to the best start, as the transfer the hotel arranged from the airport didnt arrive. Apparently the driver had had an emergency. Got a cab from outside the terminal for US$35 which was fine. Also, when we arrived, the fridge/freezer wasnt working. Someone came to look at it the next morning and sorted it out. "We enjoyed being so close to the beach and to restaurants. Property is well maintained and rooms are clean and well kept. Staff are very polite. We like that the property supplied beach towels as well. We found out from a server at the Tropical Mist that their hotel is "sisters" with Blue Haven and that we could have come over to use the pool etc.... We found that out at the end of our trip and would have been nice to know sooner."
