"We loved our stay here - our room was large and comfortable and well equipped and the breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect - so close to the station but also walkable distance to all the main sights. Only downside to our room was that there are no windows to open and the one window was frosted. Beware that while there are lifts inside, it’s about 30 steps up to reception which can make for a challenging time with luggage! "

"We stayed in the family suite. The design was well thought out and the beds were comfortable. The location was across the street from a 7 Eleven which was super convenient. There is a ramen place next door. It is a close walk to the bus station and you can walk from the hotel into town. Overall it was a really pleasant stay for a family of 5."

"All was good for us with the exception of the breakfast. Breakfast was overcrowded and we waited for 30min longer than our scheduled time. At that point some of the items were not available on the buffet. Outside breakfast the place was great for us. Location is good, lots of parking and a Family Mart right across the road for supplies. "This is a big hotel in Okuhida onsengo area, having amasing baths (onsen). We came for both the springs and the winter illumination experience and we had both. Loved it. The outdoor baths (shared) are great. We also tried hida meet as well as local hotel specialities, like turtle soup and caviar, highly recommended. I would love to come back one day."

"The villa was amazing. The onsen bath was devine. My only criticisms is there is no couch. So when you come back after a big day out there is no where to relax besides the kitchen table. Other than that, this place is the best. Amazing location, plenty of space and comfortable beds. "
