"Actually, everything is perfect. Anyway, the room can't protect any voice from other room. Air Conditioner is not good for control the temperature in the room. However, the size is quite small but it is not the wrong by the hotel. It just me that may need the big one. If i go alone, this hotel will be my first choice for relax."

"The service we received from this hotel is of next level. We could not be more satisfied. The dinner and breakfast are so good, we even got our private room for 2 for both meals. "

"All was good for us with the exception of the breakfast. Breakfast was overcrowded and we waited for 30min longer than our scheduled time. At that point some of the items were not available on the buffet. Outside breakfast the place was great for us. Location is good, lots of parking and a Family Mart right across the road for supplies. "The villa was amazing. The onsen bath was devine. My only criticisms is there is no couch. So when you come back after a big day out there is no where to relax besides the kitchen table. Other than that, this place is the best. Amazing location, plenty of space and comfortable beds. "

"This was fantastic traditional lodging. Our rooms were spacious and the public bath was an incredibly special extra perk. We were our kimonos and yukatas to the bath. The dining for both dinner and breakfast require reservations and are well worth it. Our only negative experience was the front desk telling us that the restaurant we wanted to eat at did not require a reservation, but discovering upon arrival that reservations are obligatory. "
