"The lift has been out of action for some time due to a major fault , we were e mailed twice before our arrival to warn us of this. Brilliant communication , as we both are able bodied it was not an issue , as we were on the 5th floor the manager insisted he took our luggage up to the room and apologised about the lift issue which we already knew . A very nice breakfast, we will stay there again."
