"Whilst on this occasion things didn’t go as planned, I still couldn’t fault the staff on the way they sorted the issue quickly and generously. It was a trip away for my birthday and everyone went out of their way to make my stay memorable for all the right reasons. Amazing food, delightful surroundings, excellent staff, couldn’t fault our stay. "Very comfortable stay. Cleanliness of room was excellent and lovely big bed with wonderfully white sheets, pillows and duvet cover. Only a stone's throw from Cirencester centre with a nice pub next door for alternative dining options."

"We enjoyed using the spa facilities in the morning, although we would have also liked to use them in the evening but they closed about 8pm I think. Breakfast selection was excellent and the service was attentive, yet relaxed and friendly. Surprisingly tranquil setting given the proximity to major roads. Location is therefore very easy to drive to. Plentiful parking. "
