While the front desk staff showed commendable hospitality, that was the extent of the positive experience. The condition of the rooms was disappointing, with issues such as uncleanliness, torn curtains, an odorous mattress, and dirty windows. Although the breakfast selection appeared adequate, the refusal to prepare fresh scrambled...

"This hotel is right at the shore at Praia do Futuro in Fortaleza. It is away from the main strip called BeiraMar, which makes it quieter. The hotel is older and the area is runned down. Basic, but works as a bargain place to stay."

"Hotel was exceedingly over priced. This is not a star rated hotel. Staff were friendly so it made up a bit. Location is in a under developed part of the city very close to the beach"

"I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. It is very close to the Beira Mar and beaches. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and resolved any problems immediately. It's not a five star hotel but it's an excellent value."

"O hotel é muito limpo, o staff é educado e atencioso. Café da manhã farto e com opções doces e salgadas. Preço da diária muito bom pra localização super central e próxima a praia de Meireles. Único problema do hotel é que o acesso pra idosos com dificuldade de locomoção e cadeirantes é muito ruim, pelo que notei o hotel só possui escadas. "
