The hotel is located near the Beira Mar in Fortaleza, safe area with plenty options of places to eat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean just the pool needed an extra attention.

"It was a robbery"
Like I said in the email I send a couple of days ago, it was a bad experience in the Villa Mayor. They charged me for an extra person and said the reservation was only for 3 people and 3 beds. This is not right because the email you send me stated that my room was for 4 people and 4 single beds and I showed them the paperwork, they didn't care.

Hotel muito bom , porém muito barulho devido a uma construção em frente ao hotel, música eletrônica o tempo todo na piscina, onde é servido o café e jantar , icomoda de mais . Irritante . È la seconda volta che torniamo quindi ci siamo trovati molto bene, Si può migliorare qualcosa nella pulizia se vogliamo essere al top ma piccoli particolari nulla di determinante per abbassare il giudizio, struttura curata, ottima colazione varia e abbondante, personale cortese, unica pecca se sei dal lato strada le stanze ai piani alti non sono munite di ascensori a noi questa è capitato ultimo piano e sono 3 rampe di scale penso che per persone non troppo giovani o atletiche non sia il massimo della comodità.
