I book a room with twin bed ocean view. They put in couple bed, on first floor right by the side of a noise place called “ Mercado dos peixes “ the internet in room didn’t work. They said someone was coming to fix it and the person never came back. We called and even went to talk someone front desk. But the person said there was no more people working to check the Internet. In top of that they foi dot change us to a different room. We missed a day of work without internet and we explained how important we needed internet in room for work. They didn’t do nothing about it. Then, finally changed us to a different room. Where internet works but the door wasn’t closing. And we could hear even more noise from outside. They just put us to level 3. No difference betsides rhe internet. I don’t recommend.

Experiência ruim. Atendimento ruim. Limpeza ruim. As pessoas estão sempre de cara fechada. Desde a entrada não há cortesia, educação, bom atendimento. No penúltimo dia a pessoa que passou pra fazer a limpeza disse que como sairíamos no dia seguinte não faria a limpeza, liguei na recepção pedindo que fizessem a limpeza e fui informado que fariam mas não aconteceu. Há um som infernal aos fins de semana e outros dias… muuuuuito alto, você não conseguirá ter uma boa noite de descanso.

Foi muito ruim. Era impossível abrir a sacada pois o cheiro de fritura de peixe do mercado de peixe ao lado era demais. Muito barulho na rua. Na última noite acordei 2:00 com alto som de festa na comunidade ao lado, sendo necessário chamar a polícia. Muitos mosquitos no café da manhã. Pães e lanches duros. Toalhas ásperas. Paredes do quarto riscadas. Comunicação entre funcionários não existe.

Hotel velho principalmente os banheiros, banheira tive nojo de entrar de tão velha , corredor fede a cigarro como já foi falado em outro comentário, não vale o preço que estão cobrando... Entramos tarde pq foram consertar o ar , mas na hora do checkout não quiseram compensar o tempo... Errado! E outra ficaram ligando pro quarto 300 vezes enchendo a paciência pra gente sair logo ! Pagamos o quarto Master que fica virado pra favela, ao invés de vista mar !!!!A recepcionista não resolve nada ! Os rapazes da recepção foram mais simpáticos. Ela queria me dar um quarto inferior ao que pagamos , pra resolver o problema da vista e do ar com defeito. O piso do quarto chega gruda no pé de tão velho , não é a limpeza ! É o piso já passado de trocar ! A limpeza é boa! Lençóis limpos e cheirosos ... O café é ótimo!A área da piscina é excelente... Mas qd vc entra no quarto ; grande , mas tudo velho , portas de correr empenadas... Enfim gostei de Fortaleza mas este hotel não volto mais... Hotel cheio de turistas , por isso eles queriam tirar agente com toda urgência , mas não pensam na baixa temporada e nem em atender o cliente melhor pra ele poder voltar e fazer uma boa propaganda! Recomendar aos amigos . cuidado com fotos no perfil desses hotéis ,enganam bastante! Infelizmente a verdade!!!

Quartos precisam de renovacao.

As condições dos quartos são medianas pois precisam de renovacao. Parece ser antigo. Tivemos problemas no primeiro quarto onde a chave eletronica nao funcionava bem e o misturador de agua do chuveiro estava quebrado, mas nos colocaram em outro quarto. A area da piscina é otima. A localização é ótima também próximo aos restaurantes do Meireles. Estacionamento ja incluido na diaria.
