Not safe for foreigners. Treated rudely by staff and charged extra hidden fees juet for a friend who dropped by for dinner and then left. The hotel wakes up at 5 am and then doors are slamming. When i came in late one night, the desk clerk called the police to complain about noise at 1 am. I cancelled my reservation and they loat enough money to pay that clerk's salary for 6 months. Absolutely rude!!!

Horrible Hotel

This was a horrible hotel. While I was showering I saw a cockroach and once I was out of the shower I saw baby cockroaches crawling up on the walls. We checked out immediately, but since I booked through Hotels.com and they were unable to reach the hotel manager; therefore, lost my refund. They did not check me out when I left the hotel, so I was also unable to even get a partial refund. I went back to the hotel and the reception provided me with the managers WhatsApp. I messaged him and there has been no response. This hotel is a scam, they know about the infestation, but continue to take reservations online and then they get to keep people’s money as they do not respond to Hotels.com.

Bem localizado e bem limpo

Os atendentes do hotel são bem educados e solicitos, com uma limpeza impecavel, com toalhas e lençois bem limpos. Um hotel que atendeu bem ao que foi proposto. Mas o elevador estava com problema e isso não foi dito nem antes nem na chegada para fazer o check in.
