Foi uma ddas .elhores experiências em atendimento por parte dos funcionários de um hotel. Eu e um amigo, estávamos com intercorrencias na saúde, e a gerente Fran e as camareiras, foram de um cuidado impar, conosco. O rapaz e a moça que fazem a tapioca, tbm muito prestativos. E a robozinha? Uma fofa! Tudo foi perfeito e voltaremos com certeza.

Limpezas diarias, condiçoes do quarto estavam boas, tudo dentro do padrão, é a 3ª vez que me hospedo e sempre tive uma boa estadia. Unico problema foi que nao tive facilidade para achar vagas, pois quando questionado sobre estacionamento, fui informado que nao tinha manobrista e nem estacionamento, mas suspeitava que em outras vindas tinha deixado o carro no estacionamento, enfim.

Escolhemos uma acomodação que achamos muito pequena, mas o pessoal do hotel conseguiu alterar para um quarto maior. Para duas pessoas grandes, com malas realmente fica muito apertado. No geral, hotel é limpo, com itens de cama novos e bem cuidados. Café da manhã bem OK. Servem tapiocas e omeletes, tem boas opções de frutas, pães, bolos etc e percebi que sempre mudam alguns itens do cardápio. Parabéns a todos do ECCO HOTEL.

Era para ser uma diária normal, mas teve surpresa
O hotel tem estrutura digna de grandes redes e teve ótimo atendimento. Tive um contratempo com um dos hóspedes que desrespeitou a regra e fumou no andar que eu estava, mas prontamente realocaram meu quarto a pedido. E a grande surpresa: o robô garçom. Certamente nos surpreendeu desde o primeiro momento no check-in e em todos os cafés da manhã.
