"The only negative was the valet/parking situation. The valets asked me to move my car from a spot in the hotel parking lot and then to get in line for the valet. Once we reached the front of the line they asked us to park our car ourselves 15 feet away from where we originally parked. The whole process was frustrating and pointless and freezing as it was -10. Other than that, had a very nice and relaxing stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were easy to use and a bonus....

To top it off the architect of the building outside is very fun and the views are amazing from the room. "The Crown royal is a renovated property right near the rainbow bridge looking south into both cascades of Niagara Falls. The view is magnificent when the sky is clear (obviously). It was a very nice place to stay. To get to the top floors you had to take two elevators. Everything else was acceptable."
