"Convenient for our trip to Alton towers, unfortunately after the first night our bedroom wasn’t made, no clean towels or linen despite leaving the note to state we wanted our room made. We had to ask for new towels after getting back around midnight. Also, car park is extremely narrow and tight, would recommend parking in the private paid one next door. "

"I stayed for 4 nights. Staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. Breakfast was delicious and dining space large I have given my review a 4* because of 2 things. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. Only strong enough when cold but adding heat made the water limp out of the shower head. The other important thing was the car parking. "Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms and bathroom clean. We opted to have breakfast which was good however there was no herbal tea at breakfast despite there being some in the room and there was no dairy free alternatives for milk for tea and coffee or dairy free yoghurt so I didn’t have a hot drink at breakfast. The bathroom has shower gel, hand soap, hand cream and a shampoo and conditioner 2 in 1 and towels provided. "
