"Adorable small apartment for two people Enjoyed the beautiful view of gulf with the sunsets The European Washer dryer combo really came in handy. There is a Tram that comes to Bowditch Park (free), it came in 20 min intervals so we did not need to walk down to Time Square. Was a great place for a short vacation away from snow & cold, noticed the spring breakers are starting to stay at this end of the island which was never before (tis life). Looking forward to another stay"

"Nice unit, great view, wonderful beach. Concerns:1. TV instructions are way too complicated even with the help of an office person.2. Windows are extremely dirty. You have to go out on the balcony to see the view.3. No parking lot lights. It's very dark if you arrive at night or leave early in the morning."

"We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the beautiful condo, especially the view! The condo is stocked with everything needed to enjoy your vacation. Our host even ordered a new beach buggy to carry our supplies to the beach! We have stayed at multiple condos over the years and this is the best one by far!!"

"The place needed a good dusting. With all the construction going on, there was a light coating on the floors, and you could tell things were falling off from the ceilings inside. You definitely need a new mattress and the kitchen table is leveled off by little pieces of cardboard"

"Great condo for 4 older women! Down the elevator to beach and pool. Pink shell next door for drink at bar. Walkable to time square, and easy transportation if needed. All 4 would definitely return next year!"
