"We had scheduled a business retreat in Fort Myers Beach. The two separate living areas provided the perfect space for our needs. The home was beautiful, and steps away from everything Fort Myer's beach has to offer. Sitting on the deck overlooking the pool and canal was the perfect way to wake up with a cup of coffee. We would absolutely stay here again! "

"Location was great middle of the island and very close to Publix. Beach access was very convenient and a short walk across the street. The house is nicely decorated and has abundance of kitchen accessories. Fort Myers beach is not the same previous to Ian, but remains paradise. I would definitely stay again."

"Great place! Bed was a bit uncomfortable and one pillow each wasn’t very accommodating. Pull out couch was ok but pillows had no pillow cases. Overall was a good place."

"The condo was beautifully furnished and well stocked. The grounds were clean and welcoming. The pool was warm and the beach was great!"

"The pictures and description of the ammenities were misleading. The pool and hot tub shown in the listing were apparently not part of the rental. The number 1 reason we rented the spot was to have access to the hot tub over looking the waterway. Otherwise it was a nice place amd I would conside renting again if there was access to the hot tub."

"Fantastic stay all around. Kim even stopped by to check on us. Sun Palace communicated several times prior to check-in and during our stay to make sure everything was good. The short walk to the beach was perfect for our four grand girls 10 and under. The pool and hot tub were awesome. All supplies we needed were available, including blowup beds. New outdoor furniture for comfort and outdoor eating arrived while we were there. It just added to the perfection of this state. We will be back."
