"We enjoyed our stay here. Loved being able to walk to the beach & grocery store. Lots of great amenities in the condo for cooking, doing laundry, etc. loved the beach toys & accessories. Sad to see FMB still under so much construction. A lot has changed in the 3 years we haven’t been here to stay. Only bummer about this site was no working pool and constant construction outside. Totally understandable but not great. "

"The condo was extremely organized & equipped with everything we could possibly need or want. Wonderfully organized. Bed & bedding was perfect. View was gorgeous. We arrived a couple weeks or so after two hurricanes had gone through & we had a great time! "

"The beach and the pool were perfect. The construction noise was a little annoying but understandable because of the hurricane. Also, because of the hurricane, many businesses on that end of the island were closed so we had to drive through traffic to get to restaurants or shipping. "We came for 2 weeks for the tournament and this location was great for getting on and off Fort Myers Beach. Had a couple of issues with the condo. Only had a 8" fry pan so went to thrift store to buy a larger one. Door from bedroom to bathroom didn't close right and it was never fixed. They came to check but never returned. Had problems with the living room tv and thought it was corrected but ended up not being able to access the one program we really wanted. Being next to the Pink Shell...

"The unit was comfortable and clean. It was well stocked with most everything. Outside repairs were being done which left walk ways dirty and tracked in the house. Could use a vacuum to help clean. Only real issue is water pressure. The shower which is really done nice has rain fall type shower head which is more like a mister. And, the water does not get very hot. Had to call mgt company several small issues. Response was excellent "
