"The hotel is in good location with 10 min walk into town. The pools are salt water and cold. A lot of rooms over look the pool. And Evening bar with entertainment on. The restaurant was refurbished but has since closed. It just received a lot of new sunbeds as a lot of the old ones are broken. Nice sunset view outside of hotel"

"I loved this place. Amazing location, just wow!. It is a big hotel with between 1-2,000 guests so feeding those numbers "All Inclusive" can't be an easy task. However, the food was just fabulous, and The Mandarin and The Canarian cuisine was just superb. This place exceeded my expectations and the vibe was excellent. The hotel is a little tired (built in 1972), but I loved it, the location, beach and catering were just excellent. "

"Raquel, the owner, is a gem and couldn't have been more helpful. We'd arrived tired and hungry and Reception was closed, but the cleaner was able to let us into our room, which we discovered had a double bed, not the two singles we'd requested.
