"Lisa is very helpful and responsive. Great service of hospitality. We have the luck to have our room upgraded to pool side. The whole experience is enriched. Everything is clean and sufficient in our room. Free parking on streets or public car park outside the property is convenient and safe. The location is not in the centre but there is no problem because we have rented a car. Few options on restaurants and a mini store is within 5 minutes walk."

"Second time here & it is ideal in it's location to the town, restaurants, bars, etc. We love the apartments, the gardens & the restaurant. The only things that slightly let it down this year was the swimming pool was not heated - this in Winter is a big reason for going - and the apartment was a little tired. It needs sprucing up. But it was still lovely."

"Great location, close to bars, restaurants & a supermarket. Ideal base for exploring El Cotillo and its beaches. Studio apartment was large, with a comfortable king sized bed. Nice roof terrace with small pool and great views. Check in was via emails & key collected easily from a lock box. "

"Overall this is a wonderful place to stay. Quiet, clean and friendly. We have stayed here a number of times and are never disappointed. The only small issue is the pillows. Maybe a couple more available to use in the room as needed would be perfect."

"We went in January for some winter sun, we were very much looking forward to our first family holiday with our 10 month old, relaxing by the pool. It was really disappointing and upsetting that we could not use the pool due to the extremely cold water temperature, I feel this is something that should be made clear to potential customers when they are booking, especially regarding the temperature of the baby pool. The whole point in our hotel selection was that we would have a pool to play and...

"Great 3* all inclusive, good value for what you pay. Brilliant team of entertainment staff really great for the kids. Good selection of food and again for a 3* it’s fine and what you’d expect, lots of variety and options throughout the day at the snack bar too. Rooms a bit basic and shower flooded each time we used it but the room on the whole was clean and hygienic. Comfy beds and pillows! "

"This was our second trip to Lanzarote and we decided to go to the southern tip of the island. On the map it looks a long way but by car its only 35 minutes from the airport and I couldn't recommend it enough for families and older people who might find Playa Del Carmen for instance as a bit too lively. The Coral Villas are on an estate close to the VIK hotel opposite and are either 2 or 3 bed. Our villa was probably on its first let of the year. Quite a few of the surfaces were dusty and needed...

"We had an enjoyable short stay in February. The location is absolutely perfect. Just off the main strip. Far enough away to have a quiet nights sleep, yet close enough for so many restaurants and shops. Apartments are clean & have everything you need. They are dated and old fashioned, but that didn’t bother us. The apartments are very spacious. The pool area looked nice. I would definitely recommend to others. Great value for money."
