"Hotel was handy in distance to where we were visiting crufts Nice hotel Was surprised that house keeping wasnt done daily Bed wasnt made or clean towels or top up of tea/coffee etc daily Coffee nachine in room but no pods for machine in room Otherwise a nice stay The parking eye was a surprise and hooe that its correct and no tickets are given Did chevk several times that the car was booked in correctly "

"Great hotel close to Blenheim Palace and Bicester. Lovely breakfast. Only rating 4 stars as really difficult to get in contact with hotel beforehand but once we were there the staff was lovely and the hotel was a really convenient spot for our trip. We will definitely return on our next visit to Blenheim. "

"The hotel is very dated and the rooms a little quirky. Our room in particular sloped in various directions the tv bureau sloped one way and the desk table another. Difficult when trying to make a coffee in the morning when the cup slides down the table. However an enjoyable stay."

The receptionist never made me aware of this when I checked in. The shower in room 2101 was not up to standard "
