"Me and my mum stayed on the ground floor in the room Grosvenor and Belford, the rooms are immaculate and spotless. There is no reception, but we didn’t find this an issue as there is plenty of information about check in and I managed to leave my bag with a local company free of charge. There was a issue overnight with our heating but this was quickly resolved and compensated. Fantastic hotel, would return! Love the choccies and tote bag!"

"Enjoyed our stay, the hotel was lovely, our queen room was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay and hotel staff friendly and polite. We had breakfast included in our room but unfortunately we didn’t make it (overslept in the comfy bed). Only slight downside was the heat in the room, far too warm. The room was like an oven when we first arrived so turned the heating off for the rest of the stay and opened the window, but it didn’t cool down. Also the bar was closed when we returned...

"It was a good short visit , the best thing of the hotel is location. I am extremely thankful to one of the staff members ( dont know the name ; but she was cleaning the room and dining area in afternoon), she has such a good heart, guided me, helped with phone charger, told me how to get around the city. "In my opinion, there were two drawbacks to this property. First, there is no one on the property to answer questions or offer advice. Not even a phone number. They don't offer breakfast and we did not see any place in the area to get breakfast. And there was no one who could advise us which direction to go to get food. Second, our room was on the top floor (three levels up) and there is no elevator. We are in our late 70s and dragging luggage for 30 days. Not their problem, but it would...
