"The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and welcoming and check in/out was simple and easy. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy, choice of pillows with extras in the wardrobe and the shower was hot and powerful. We enjoyed using the pool and steam room before check out in the morning. The only tiny problem that we had was that the car parking app didn't work; but the machine outside did, and the discount code to reduce parking to £8 for 24 hours was appreciated!"

"The hotel was lovely, staff very attentive, my only niggle was that the shower in our room was in the bedroom and not in a separate bathroom. Nice for couples, less so when you’re showing in front of a friend. "

"Spent a week there. It is a great “home away from home”! Excellent staff - friendly and helpful. Included buffet breakfast was awesome! And nice to have a free laundry for extended stays. "

"The room was always made up during the day and there was plenty of refreshments for us to share. The toiletries smelled nice and the towels were very soft. There was a dining area however we did not use this but from the outside it looked lovely and cosy "

"Why is this not a 5* hotel? Everything was perfect about our 3 night stay. I had contacted the hotel beforehand to inform them that it was mine and my partners birthdays whilst we were there. Upon arrival we were given a free drinks voucher and a room upgrade! The staff are so friendly and polite, the food is delicious and the decor and cleanliness is second to none! "
