"We’ve stayed in some sketchy places but this one probably took the cake. Junkies hanging out around the hotel, bathtub water was brown, faucet hanging off the wall. Towel and pillow for one person. It was clean-ish? But wouldn’t feel safe keeping my family here again."

"Property is good as expected with Marriott properties. The breakfast was absolutely worthless. Not much different than a vending machine. The Residence Inn, off Griffin Rd., just 1 block over was far superior by comparison."

"The property is very well maintained. The smell on my floor (6th) and walking into the building was very spa like and Zen. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he was working the front desk 1/18/25 at 6pm. Young black male that was super great! Very kind and helpful with recommendations for things around. I would stay here again. "

"I loved the ambiance of the entire hotel and the room was well arranged and comfortable. I would say the staff were not helpful and rude at times. They hung up on us when acquiring about getting the airport shuttle. May have been a communication issue when I asked about it. I had booked a corner suite and was in the M class with access to the club. However I didn’t realize this covered breakfast. I spent $50 for my husband and I to get the breakfast package as well and they wouldn’t refund...
