"Receptionist was friendly and welcoming, I booked a one night stay here and double (sleeper room) my room was changed to a room with a view of the Thames. Nice clean and comfortable. Room I was given tho it was directly opposite the lifts so was very noisy guests that need some consideration to not talk because they sounded like they were in my room. Sign needs to be put in place to ask guests to keep noise to a minimum when going to their rooms."

"Quiet area and within walking distance to busy london , public transport, small rooms but nice and fitted with everything you'd need for a stay in a hotel. Pillows are small and thin I'd recommend to ask for extra pillow , stuff are polite and helpful. over all good and would recommend it "

"Nice stay and good VFM, but quite noisy from about 6.30am inside the hotel with people moving about, etc "
