"Reserved a room for my daughter who was visiting Galway from Dublin, for a day. My decision was based on location and other positive guest reviews. The hotel lived up to it's positive rating; my daughter loved her stay. The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the main train/bus station and everything is in walkable distance to it with lot's of dining spots all around. "The location can't be beat. It is literally on Eyre Square in the heart of Galway, right next to 10 Euro a day carpark and 2 minute walk from the Train station. The breakfast was huge and tasty. I will definitely return. The part that stood out was the customer service! From reception to the dining room to the cleaning staff everyone was so nice and went above and beyond the usual. They didn't just help. They took the time to chat and offer advice. It was so welcoming. WELL DONE TO ALL!"

"The staff on receptiin were so helpful , breakfast was amazing . Room was lovely and warm but needed decorating as the walls were a bit dirty and the head rest was ripped a bit . Lovely clean carpets though . My only issue was the lack of soundproofing . We were in room 7 and were kept awake till 4am due to the noisy people in room above as we could hear the slightest bang that they made."
