"Beautifully presented hotel in rooms as well as public spaces. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location with fabulous views over Sydney harbour. The only problem was that the food labelling at the breakfast buffet was incorrect (e.g the pork sausages were marked as chicken one day). The selection was somewhat limited."

"Great location and nice rooms though somethings are dated. The cleaner we had on the day seemed to have left dirty sheets on the floor in the room and took some towels from the room but didn't resupply them. Probably just having a bad day ! "

"Excellent staff. Friendly and service minded. All around Front Desk, Maids, Dining rooms. Great fine restaurants and foods and drinks. We booked two rooms for four nights and had choices when booking. We are extremely happy with our choice. Will definitely recommend!"
