"The room was fine, we did,however,have dirty spoons,and a dirty mug. Breakfast was good, however, there were no pancakes whilst we were there, we were towards the end of the breakfast time but things should be re-stocked. It was apparent that they were under staffed. The staff did their best"

"Nice stay. Good price & comfortable rooms. Had a wedding on but as this takes place in external buildings there was little-no disturbance. It’s an older property so some fixtures a little tired & no tea & coffee in rooms. Modern bar area makes up for it. Bar closes to last orders around 11pm "

"Cheap and cheerful, the bed was ridiculously soft and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Room was initially set up for 1 person (1 towel, glass, milk etc) and reception staff wouldn’t accept this to begin with, however we returned from a night out to find a mountain of towels and a dairy farm’s worth of milk. Good breakfast and cheerful staff. Would stay again. "

"Just awful 😞 a large empty car park except for one car and a smashed glass bar door covered up with a piece of plywood greeted you when you drove in. It spoke volumes really. We checked in which was pleasant enough by a helpful young man, and checked out again 5 minutes later. Not a good sign when the cleaning team were still cleaning the bedrooms at 4.30pm. But the main thing was the overwhelming smell of the corridors and the rooms was enough to make your eyes water and you could still smell...
