This is a traditional old British building (though modernised) but this does mean uneven floors, small corridors and lots of stairs. Rooms are more than comfortable, well decorated and overall I’d recommend this hotel and would stay again."

"Very nice one night stay. Hotel is nicely located opposite Deal beach. Lady at check in was friendly and helpful. Lovely room overlooking the beach and pier, good bathroom with a bath and rain shower. Hospitality tray with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Breakfast was good with drinks, cereals, fruit and yoghurt followed by choice of cooked food and toast. Staff were polite. The only downside was some furniture/equipment needing a bit of love (door knob broken on the bedside table, screw on the window loose, hook behind the door in the changing rooms of the pool broken etc), plus a bit of noise from the road but really nothing major at all, it was a lovely stay overall"
