"This was a great spot for a sunny getaway. The staff were friendly and the rooms and most of the hotel grounds were very clean (the communal poolside toilets were not the nicest but I would say that’s more down to the guests than the staff). "The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to pool tables was very rude. The room didint have a fridge or hair dryer in bathroom. The internet is not free and its ridiculously expensive to buy hotels wifi and its only for one device when you buy it. Overall very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location is great. "

"They shouldn’t charge more money to clean your room during stay. We paid the same day rate for 7 nights as someone staying for one night and they get their room cleaned. Would be easier to make 7 separate bookings to ensure room is cleaned daily"

"Spent a week here with my boyfriend, and it was a lovely stay. Nice and quiet hotel, mainly couples staying when we were there. The area is beautiful with nice restaurants and bars around. Also super close to the beach. The pool was also very nice. Easy access with bus from Palma, only a 10 minute walk to the hotel. "
