"The apartment is very spacious and clean, and the big balcony is a great space to relax and enjoy a bbq. The pool area is a lovely setting and our children loved it, it was also very quiet for mid-August - we often had the pool to ourselves! Would recommend hiring a car as there are lots of lovely places to visit nearby but equally there are also 3 great beaches within walking distance. Overall, a lovely and relaxing family holiday. "Absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we booked the communication we received from the family made us feel welcome and ready for the stay. Villa was extremely well equipped had everything we needed and more! The design of the place both very aesthetically pleasing but also cool and comfortable. The pool was great - the kids loved jumping in. Local area is a quiet resort and town with easy access to 3 lovely beaches. Porto Cristo is very close and an efficient bus service runs throughout the day. Highly recommend this accommodation. "

"We stayed in the beautiful villa for a family member’s 50th birthday & we could not fault our stay! Firstly I’d like to start with the hosts, especially Xisca for brilliant communication, no matter what I asked she always responded quickly. She was so helpful during our stay and helped us with recommendations in the local area. Even going to the lengths of sending back a left item in the villa to us back in the UK when we asked. We were also provided with a brilliant taxi service who always responded and collected us (with notice) with no problem. They also provided a child’s car seat. The villa itself was even better than the pictures and exceeded our expectations. It has everything you need! They even had some toys for my 14 month old! The villa made going away with a baby easier as they had a travel cot & a high chair. Overall for our family hols it was brilliant. The villa’s rural but still only 10 minutes from the beach, allowing a peaceful stay with amazing views. We did say that it would be good to hire a car if we came again to get around easier however we soaked up the villa as it was everything we wanted for our holiday, and we loved having bbq dinners all sat round together having a laugh! The beach we went too had lovely clear sea and soft sands. And we also visited portocolom which has lovely restaurants. Highly recommend this beautiful Villa, it is well worth the stay. It was the perfect way to celebrate a 50th birthday with our family! "

"Very close drive (12 minutes) to Rafa Tennis Academy, and a mile from the beach. Clean. Private pool well maintained. Property manager responsive once we got there (no communication until a day before traveling). Priced well for the high tourist season. Negatives were that the upstairs toilet did not flush well (owner said that was normal, and we could avoid it by not using toilet paper and using the bidet), there were charges that were not disclosed at booking for towels and government tourist fees, the whole house was not air conditioned as per the property description (only the bedrooms had ductless units) so it got very hot in the house (we were there in July). The dishwasher is not in the kitchen so that was a little inconvenient."

"The property was very clean and very well equipped. Communication with the host was very good. It was a short walk - 10-15mins - to both beaches, albeit the walks were a little difficult for my parents due to the stairs. Cala Mendia itself is a very quiet resort but it had enough restaurants for our needs. I would recommend the local shops for essentials only as they are very expensive. We took the bus to Porto Cristo and did our shopping there. A taxi was about 10-15euros back. Overall we had a great time and it was a very relaxing holiday."
