"Overall, we loved our stay in Arta. The house is beautiful and comfortable and fit our family of 9 well. The location is great, within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. We were able to park in a free public lot near the house. There is a lot of info provided in the welcome email including what to do if the water doesn’t work and trash pick up. Arta is a great little town! There is an amazing market in n Tuesdays. The downside of our visit, ants in the main bedroom even though there...

"The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back."

"It is on the eastern side of the island which is much more peaceful. The house is located about 5 min walk from the beach, and there is a small restaurant with fresh seafood and friendly people. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are comfortable."

"A very nice two bedroom with a lovely outside patio area. Very guilt a secluded backing on to a forested ravine with other houses across the gap. No mountain views but still quite scenic. It is a little out of the way from any of the more touristic areas of Mallorca. The beach is close but not so useful in February. Still we had a very comfortable and quiet stay which is what we were looking for."

This year there were so many issues it spoilt our time in Can Picafort - Villa number 3 Drain - horrific smell in downstairs bedroom Outside tiles - broken/ dangerous Sun bed - broken Two seater outdoor sofas & table - all cracked Outside seating area - poor condition, dirty and soaking wet on arrival, took two days to dry this out, but still had to cover it as it was so dirty & split first floor veranda - area is not clean and has not been cleaned for...

"Wir haben uns in der Villa Carpe Diem sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Wohnsiedlung & ist bestens ausgestattet und gepflegt. Der Aussenbereich mit Grill hat unsere Abende perfekt gemacht. Der Check-In hat unkompliziert und wie vereinbart funktioniert. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist ebenfalls super - gepflegte Anlage mit Liegen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! "
