"The hotel is beautiful & clean and the staff is amazing. The place could use some color though. The grounds are very green but not many flowers around the property. Could also use real flowers on tables, reception and in the rooms. The only negative is the silly sculpture that welcomes you at the enterance"

Atención exquisita desde las recepción con Antonio y sus compañeros, gente de barra como Raquel (una crack de los mojitos) y cómo lo dan todo por la noche q están a tope. Shows de los mejores q he visto, una banda de rock alucinante con buena música nostálgica. 5 estrellas no es suficiente para valorar lo bien q lo hemos pasado. "

"Honestly really shocked at these reviews! This hotel is totally worth the amount you are paying. Got locked out of the hotel and they were quick to answer a very late night phone call to help us out. While it does get pretty warm in the rooms, I have had troubles with this in every place I’ve stayed as it is so hot right now. Like I said - it’s great for the price (the room, safety, location, etc), but do not go in expecting a 5 star sweet. Overall, would totally stay again (as two young travelers)!"
