"Pleasant 22 night stay but far too many unruly small children for us and parents don't care what they are up to, running around dining room, sliding along reception floor and screaming so despite several visits before want be returning. Food also cold at meal times (when should have been hot). Gone downhill since last visit. Most staff helpful. "

We didn’t bother paying extra for dedicated parking and we never had trouble getting parked on the streets outside the hotel. It’s right opposite Lidl which is handy if you don’t want to take toiletries in your suitcase. "This was a great spot for a sunny getaway. The staff were friendly and the rooms and most of the hotel grounds were very clean (the communal poolside toilets were not the nicest but I would say that’s more down to the guests than the staff). "Good, but not perfect. Hotel itself is nice, not 'a million rooms crammed into a tiny complex' which you'll see on the island. We stayed All Inclusive for a week and left 3rd of November, hotel was beginning to wind down for the season as we were leaving, it got very very busy from 31st October as they must have had a special Spanish Resident deal on, for Halloween.
